Shunning the underwater empire altogether, he chooses a life of small-time heroism, rescuing people in danger in the ocean and earning not only a near-mythical reputation, but the ire of seafaring baddies. It doesn’t take too long though before his routine is interrupted by the news of Atlantis banding up with other underwater kingdoms to attack the surface world. This James Wan effort is the most-successful DC film to date, taking in an incredible US$1.1 billion at the box office! |
